Visit Finland Partners with TravPRO Mobile to Deliver All-New Trade Portal
Visit Finland has launched an all-new online platform to better equip travel advisors to sell the Nordic destination. By enlisting the expertise of mobile learning specialist TravPRO Mobile, Finland’s national DMO has produced an ‘always on’ touchpoint in Finland Travel PRO, which seamlessly guides advisors from learning through to selling.
First, the LEARN module will teach advisors all they need to know about the destination; from its unique culture to the four distinct regions of Helsinki, the Coast & Archipelago, Lakeland, and Lapland. Travel advisors will be inspired by the clean and interactive user experience, which showcases the many facets of this bucket list destination through beautiful and engaging content.
Once advisors cross the ‘Finnish’ line by completing the five learning modules, they’ll have round-the-clock access to a comprehensive tool kit that will not only help them retain that knowledge but also promote the destination to their clients. They can do this using the many awe-inspiring assets, guides, handbooks, and visitors’ tips, which are all downloadable and sharable, direct from the Finland Travel PRO interface.
To help advisors answer questions and increase their potential to convert inquiries into bookings, the program also features resources such as itineraries, maps, information on niche markets, and a trade portal with industry contacts.
Additionally, the program comes with an in-depth supplier directory, easily searchable with several filters (including sustainability and accessibility) to apply for advisors to find the perfect fit for their clients.
Advisors can download the iOS or Android app to keep this information powerhouse at their fingertips, ready to share with clients anytime, anywhere, and from any device. Their training progress and favorites are synced between web and mobile versions, so they can truly promote and sell on the go as a newly certified Finland Travel PRO.
